Historic housing bill

Last week, Congress passed the bipartisan 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act. If the president signs it into law or allows the 10-day window for his signature to expire without a veto, it will help expand and preserve the supply of affordable housing to address the ongoing affordability crisis.

There’s still time to apply for Community Connectors! The program provides funding, training, and support for quick-build pilot projects in small- or mid-sized cities affected by divisive infrastructure. This year, we’re especially focused on communities divided by arterial roads.
