About the event

Smart Growth America turns 25! Join us for a special evening cocktail reception honoring a quarter century of advancing healthy, prosperous, and resilient communities. The event will bring together 200+ leaders and luminaries in housing, transportation, land use, and economic development to celebrate the movement’s achievements and chart a bold course for the future.

What began in 2000 with just three staff members has grown into the national leader of the smart growth movement. Today, Smart Growth America is leading the effort to connect the dots across the sectors that shape our daily lives—building coalitions, shaping policy at all levels of government, and driving practical, nonpartisan solutions.
